A $75 Deposit is required to start the creation of your Shadowbox.(The deposit is nonrefundable once the replication of your dress begins)The balance is due upon completion of your shadowbox. We will contact you when your box is finished. We accept cash and checks only. We will personally deliver to the Houston and surrounding areas.

After you summit this order form you will need to mail the deposit. Also mail or email your pictures of dress, couple, veil, ceremony location only if picked for classic package, and invitation

Please keep in mind that a dress can't always be duplicated exactly, as it is rare to find the exact trim for a miniature size as you would have on your own dress. We will try to find the trim necessary to replicate it as closely as possible.
